Invoice Terms and Conditions for audit assignments

  1. Payment Terms:

    1. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    2. Late payments may be subject to an interest of 18% p.a on the outstanding balance.

  2. Invoicing Details:

    1. Invoices are issued based on the agreed-upon terms or the completion of services or delivery of goods.

  3. Disputed Invoices:

    1. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be communicated in writing within 5 days from the date of the invoice.

    2. The parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve any disputes related to the invoice.

  4. Taxes:

    1. All fees and charges specified in the invoice are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  5. Confidentiality:

    1. Any information shared within the context of the invoice shall be treated as confidential by both parties.

  6. Governing Law:

    1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.

  7. Amendment of Terms:

    1. MCAK reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, and any changes will be communicated to the invoiced party in writing.

  8. Acceptance of Terms:

    1. By receiving the professional services provided, the invoiced party agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for filing Income Tax Return and GST Returns

  1. The bill includes fees for filing the income tax return as per the information provided for the purpose of filing the income tax return. MCAK takes no responsibility towards the correctness or otherwise of the statements, bills and any other documents provided unless the work is in the nature of auditing and certification.

  2. Physical print out the Income Tax return filed will be provided only once at the time of filing the return. Thereafter, only soft copy will be provided.

  3. The bill does not include representation cost that may arise in the course of processing the return by the Income Tax department.

  4. Representation cost before the Income Tax Authorities has to be paid separately.

  5. Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  6. Refund is processed by the Income Tax Department. Therefore, following up for refund status is not appreciated as the refund process is beyond the control of MCAK.

  7. Reasonable rectification and revisions in the return will be done without any additional fees.

  8. Due dates w.r.t advance tax payments, TDS remittance and filing the returns will be provided on request.

  9. Fees for MCAK is fixed irrespective of the refund and tax additionally payable.

  10. Any communication with MCAK shall be only through e-mails created with @mcak.in domain and mobile numbers +91 96009 89803, +91 99407 20678 and +91 84388 27302. MCAK do not entertain messages sent through WhatsApp and SMS.

  11. Always provide soft copy (pdf/jpg) of the details requested. In case if you are providing the details in physical form kindly provide self-attested photo copy and never give us original documents unless it is an auditing or certification assignment.

  12. Cash payments are not appreciated.
